Moulton Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive learning community located on the outskirts of Northampton. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Administrator to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our school.
The HR administrator at Moulton Primary School will play a crucial role in managing human resources functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the school’s aim to provide an exceptional learning experience for our children. This role involves a combination of recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection and induction process
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate HR records and files
  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR-related matters
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software (SIMs, EPM) and Microsoft Office Suite

35 Hours per week, Term time only, plus 3 weeks totalling 42 weeks. 9am-4.30pm
