Relief Midday Supervisor

Relief Lunchtime Supervisors needed at Finedon schools

We are looking to add to our bank of relief Lunchtime Supervisors who can come in at short notice to help our lunchtime teams at Finedon Infant School and Finedon Mulso CofE Junior School when we are short-staffed.

We are seeking people who are flexible and reliable and –

• enjoy working with children,
• have a caring personality and can empathise with young children,
• have the ability to be flexible and use their own initiative to deal with different situations,
• can work as part of a team and have good communication skills,
• respect the confidentiality of pupils and staff,
• are happy to undertake training as appropriate for their duties,
• are willing to contribute to the wider aims and activities of the school.

Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

Rate of pay: Grade C scale point 2 – £9.43 per hour + an allowance for statutory holiday and sick pay
