Northampton School for Boys is advertising for a Teacher of Spanish and French to share in our ambitious and aspirational culture. The Languages team are wholly committed to the significant cultural and academic benefits of studying languages and staff are actively involved in ongoing curriculum design. GCSE and A level results are well above the national average with cohorts of over 75% currently studying a language at GCSE. Candidates must have the ability to teach Spanish and French to Key Stage 4, ideally with Spanish to Key Stage 5.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring students to pursue a language to GCSE and beyond – broadening their cultural horizons and developing new ways of seeing the world. The successful candidate will be able to deliver high quality teaching and learning to secure positive progress for all students – someone who places the importance of academic success at the forefront of their teaching.
