We are looking for Teachers (including ECTs) to join our amazing teams at Windmill Primary School, St Peter’s C.E Academy and Newton Road School for a September 2024 start.

We are blessed to spend our days with wonderful children. But don’t just take our word for it…come and see for yourself! We encourage you to visit our schools –please see attachments for individual school open days.

  • Do you enjoy teaching lessons that inspire and excite children to learn?
  • Will you bring learning to life?

  • Do you have skills that you’d like to share and develop?

If this sounds like you, Nene Education Trust would love to hear from you.

We can offer:

  • A dedicated and supportive team to work with, who are passionate about developing every child.
  • A strong team ethos.
  • Tea and coffee in the staffroom.
  • Networking and support across our ambitious MAT.
  • Access to retail discounts, technology schemes and dental schemes.
  • Access to Cycle to Work.
  • 24/7 access to a free Employee Assistance Programme to provide confidential advice and guidance on any personal and/or work-related matter.

  • An open and collaborative working environment, not just within your school but also across the Trust, where innovation is encouraged.
  • Discounted gym membership.
  • Commitment to exploring ways to reduce email traffic and confine email replies to office hours – while recognising our employee’s preferences for when they work.
  • Commitment to continuously review workload issues and explore options for simpler, less onerous methods and processes.

Our awesome children enjoy good relationships with our staff who work hard to provide an exciting curriculum.

We are looking for colleagues to join our cheerful and enthusiastic team who:

  • Have the ability to recognise a child’s individual needs and support them to succeed and be their best.
  • Work as part of a strong team to develop the quality of our curriculum.
  • Bring a fun personality with a great sense of humour!

Nene Education Trust is committed to raising aspirations and developing character in a positive environment. We place ‘developing character’ at the centre of all we do. Any offer of employment will be subject to DBS and Right to Work checks.

The Trust will endeavour to make any necessary reasonable adjustments to the job and the working environment to enable access to employment opportunities for disabled job applicants or continued employment for any employee who develops a disabling condition.

We look forward to hearing from you!
