Upton Meadows Primary School

Teaching Assistant

Upton Meadows Primary School, part of Northampton Primary Academy Trust, have both part-time (5x mornings) or full-time vacancies for class-based teaching assistants to work at our school with a start date as soon as possible.  It would helpful if you could indicate on your letter of application whether it would be part-time or full-time hours that you would prefer.

We are looking for someone who is creative, passionate and committed professional to join our team,  someone who can provide learners with the support and dedication they need; someone who is willing to go the extra mile and who is willing to become involved in all that Upton Meadows Primary School has to offer.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and safer recruitment practice. An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants and references will be requested for shortlisted applicants prior to interview and will form part of the interview process. The successful applicant will be expected to have two satisfactory references and undertake a medical questionnaire.

The closing date for applications will be ongoing until all positions are filled.  Applications will be screened and processed as they are received with interviews offered on a rolling basis if shortlisting criteria are met.
