Main Purpose
The key stage leader will support the leadership Team to;
• Communicate the school’s vision compellingly and supporting the strategic leadership team,
• The day-to-day management of a Key Stage.
• Support the formulating of aims and objectives for the school.
• Implement the policies for achieving the aims and objectives.
• Ensure the management of staff and resources to support that end.
• Support the monitoring of progress towards meeting the aims and objectives.
The Key Stage lead will also have a teaching commitment of 75% complying with the Teachers Standards and modelling best practice for others.
They may also be required to undertake any of the duties delegated by the Executive Head Teacher or Head of School.
