This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to work in SEN small group provision. On Track Education in Silverstone is a 40 place, independent special school for pupils aged 11 to 19 who have a range of social, emotional and mental health difficulties.   It currently has several positions available for teaching staff to join its established team.

We are interested to hear from experienced teaching professionals and qualified teachers.  Experience of teaching a core subject would be an advantage, however, we encourage all our teaching staff to be flexible.

We support pupils to fulfil their potential by, giving them unconditional support; providing them with good quality teaching; empowering them to effectively manage their own behaviour.  Our extensive school premises offer excellent facilities for academic, artistic, vocational and outdoor learning.  The school delivers a motivational and progressive curriculum underpinned by the therapeutic principles of THRIVE®.

Salary is dependent on qualifications, experience and job role but will be in the range £22,560 – £36,300 per annum.  This is the full-time equivalent salary as you will be paid all year round including the school holidays
