Milton is a proud member of PDET (Peterborough Diocese Education Trust). We are a family of 33 schools across the Peterborough Diocese, and these strong links make special contribution to our children’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and learning. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust.

 

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional HLTA, who understands the learning and pastoral needs of primary children, to join our team. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly,
  • Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers,
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn,
  • Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children,
  • Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed,
  • Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills,
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently,
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
