St James Infant School, Daventry

You will be responsible for implementing and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for children.  It is expected that you will be able to deliver quality teaching and learning, thereby ensuring that all pupils make at least good progress and reach their full potential.

You will need to ensure all pupils in school are safe at all times. You will need to be able to build relationships with children rooted in mutual respect and care, observing proper boundaries appropriate to a teacher’s professional position.

You will need to be able to demonstrate suitable experience of working with children and hold suitable qualifications.  All responsibilities and duties will be in line with the current School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and Teacher Standards
