We are a school of choice and currently oversubscribed. We strongly believe in our wider commitment to the community and work with other schools and local businesses to develop the provision for young people with SEND as a whole.

Who we are looking for

 A teacher who is:

  • Positive and passionate about working with students with learning disabilities

  • A reflective practitioner
  • A team player who can work as part of the multi-disciplinary team

We give autonomy to staff to identify their own areas for professional development with regular check ins with a Line Manager. We also have an active Wellbeing Committee and Mental Health First Aiders to support everyone.

We take a holistic approach to each young person, evaluating their individual needs and barriers. The provision is tailored to ensure that each student makes their best possible progress, develop their character, enrich their life and prepares them for their next steps.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants in the classroom and will be supported by our Pastoral and Therapeutic Team to ensure all children are ready to learn.
