These are ‘add-ons’ to the website listings and we caution against signing up without first testing the market with standard listings for at least 2 weeks.

Your vacancy will appear on the home page, at the top of the search filters, and we can also help you with a dedicated Google PPC campaign if it’s a particularly hard to fill role. Nicky Buckley is an approachable, highly effective, chartered MCIPD HR consultant with over 15 years’ experience in both public and private sectors. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified Nicky has supported colleagues at management, director and business owner levels to achieve challenging recruitment goals as well as advising on best practice approach to complex disciplinary and grievance processes, absence, capability and performance issues.
Nicky manages high volume resourcing projects and complements those with practical, value add HR services, to include in addition to resourcing; full service recruitment, implementing HR Systems, managing performance programmes, TUPE transfers and redundancies, updating contracts and developing programmes to support and develop Line Managers.
A qualified Corporate Wellness Ambassador and Mental Health First Aider Nicky is also a member of the CIPD Northants committee, supporting the branch to provide events for HR professionals, and hosts the HR Independents Group for consultants.
