About the role

As an Exams Assistant, you will be providing invaluable support to the exam administrative functions of the academy through effective running of all examinations by liaising with staff, pupils, invigilators, and examination boards.

This is a casual role which offers great flexibility to the post holder.

Salary & Benefits

  • NJC 6 £10.39 per hour plus £1.25 holiday pay

Who we are looking for

Knowledge and understanding of awarding organisations and administration in a busy environment.

Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection, Safeguarding and confidentiality issues

Proven experience in the provision of information and communicating with academy staff, parents, carers, pupils and external examination boards on examination issues

Ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive relationships

Proven experience in an examination role

Excellent communication skills at a range of levels.

Competent and able to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality and follow multi-step instructions

Proven experience in maintaining accurate records and the safe storage of confidential information
