Whittlebury CE Primary School are looking to recruit a motivated, friendly and professional person to join our small and supportive team. The position is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus teacher training days). You will cover Teachers PPA normally over 3 mornings or afternoons, as well as covering teachers in any absence. The rest of your working week you will assist the learning across our three classes. Ideally you will need to hold a recognised qualification for this role or have at least 2 years experience in supporting learning. We will be willing to support your professional development and fund your Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification if you have not already achieved this. We are a small team therefore you will need to be a great team player with a positive attitude and wiliness to take part in the whole school community.

Whittlebury CE Primary is part of the Forest CE Federation which incorporates Stoke Bruerne, Tiffield, Yardley Gobion & Gayton Primary Schools under the leadership of Mrs Eliza Hollis. Hours of work are 8.45 am to 3.45 pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year. Salary is paid on NJC Scale G points 8 to 12. Estimated actual salary is £17,225 per annum.
