Committed to exceptional standards of teaching

The Teach Northamptonshire team is supported by an advisory board which meets termly. Together we champion Northamptonshire as an exceptional place to develop a teaching and leadership career. We support over 300 member schools with a targeted recruitment campaign which helps to attract trainee teaching, qualified teaching and leadership staff to jobs in early years, primary and secondary settings countywide. Our focus is near neighbours and London, where the county’s attractive lifestyle offer is compelling. More than 8,000 applications have been processed via the Teach Northamptonshire Applicant Tracking System since we launched the campaign.
