Lunchtime Supervisor

Broughton Primary School is a happy and welcoming school situated three miles outside of Kettering. We currently have 204 children on roll and pride ourselves on providing a friendly and supportive environment, with a range of play areas for children to enjoy during their lunch breaks.

We are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be reliable, take pride in their work, and have a cheerful personality with a genuine enthusiasm for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children in the dining hall and playground, ensuring a safe and positive lunchtime experience.

• Encourage children to play games, develop friendships, and interact positively with one another.

• Maintain a clean and tidy dining environment after meals.

• Ensure the health and safety of all pupils in line with school policies and procedures.

• Report any incidents or concerns promptly to the appropriate teacher or member of the leadership team.

Hours of Work:

• 5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm)

• Term-time only

Contract: Permanent position, subject to:

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK

• Medical clearance

• Enhanced DBS check
